How to request deletion:
To request complete deletion of your account, please send an email to:
For verification, you must send the request from the same email address that you used to sign into the BillKaval app.
What data will be deleted:
- Your registered user profile and authentication credentials.
- All uploaded bills, invoice records, and transaction logs associated with your account.
Data Retention & Timeline:
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Once deleted, your account and all associated records cannot be recovered.
